Deep Move-Out Cleaning
The foundation of every job. Priced as deep cleaning, not maid service — vacant homes are easier in some ways, much dirtier in others.
- Kitchen deep clean, cabinet interiors/exteriors, appliance exteriors
- Inside fridge (if empty), inside oven add-on
- Bathrooms: vanities, tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, tile

- Final walkthrough with photo report
Light Drywall & Touch-Up Paint
Small cosmetic drywall patching only. We don't do sheets, water damage, ceilings from leaks, or major texture matching.
- Nail holes, picture-hanger holes, minor dents
- Small corner scuffs and patch areas
- Touch-up painting on walls, trim, doors, baseboards
- Single-room repaint or accent-wall neutralization (upsell)
Move-Out Maintenance
The non-licensed punch list that makes a walkthrough actually pass.
- Light switch and outlet cover plates
- Light bulbs and smoke detector batteries
- Air filters, door stops, cabinet knobs, loose handles
- Toilet paper holders, towel bars, shower curtain rods
- Blinds replacement, minor caulking, weather stripping
- Closet shelf adjustments, wall-anchor removal
Light Hauling
Leftover move-out debris removal — not full junk removal. Mattresses, appliances, and construction debris are billed separately.
- Bagged trash, small furniture, boxes
- Broken household items, garage leftovers, patio debris
- Old rugs, small appliances, curb-ready items
- Dump fees billed per load
Carpet & Floor Recovery
Improves cleanliness and odor — does not guarantee full stain removal or restoration of damaged carpet.

- Tile and grout scrub, LVP cleaning, floor shine add-on
Exterior Cleaning
The curb-appeal layer that makes the photos match the inside.
- Pressure wash driveway, walkway, patio, lanai, pool deck
- Front entry, porch, garage door exterior
- Cobweb removal, window exterior rinse, soft-wash add-on
- Trash bin area, mailbox, exterior light fixtures
Photo-Ready Final Detail
Part of every premium package. The last walkthrough that catches what the cleaning missed.
- Final dust pass, floors checked
- Blinds opened, lights on, mirrors polished
- Counters cleared, trash removed, doors aligned
- Completion photos and signed checklist delivered

Pressure-washed driveways, clean entries, and a wiped-down front door change the first three frames of every listing. We handle exterior cleanup as part of every PhotoReady and Rental Turn package — and follow local stormwater BMPs while doing it.

We will not let HomeDenovo become an unlimited handyman business. The boundary keeps margin healthy, liability low, and avoids dragging our crew into work that needs a licensed trade.
