FAQ
Straight answers.
The questions Realtors, landlords, and homeowners actually ask us before booking.
How is this different from hiring a regular cleaner?
Regular cleaners clean. HomeDenovo cleans plus everything else a vacant property needs — drywall touch-ups, paint, cover plates and bulbs, light hauling, carpet, pressure washing, final walkthrough, and a photo report. One vendor instead of five.
Do you guarantee full pet odor removal?
No. Carpet cleaning improves cleanliness and odor but doesn't guarantee full stain removal, full odor removal, or restoration of damaged carpet. We're upfront about that.
What's your minimum job size?
$750. Our preferred ticket is $1,500–$3,500. We don't chase $199 move-out cleans — that bottom market expects perfection and pays nothing.
What if you find more work once you're on-site?
The crew stops and sends photos. You approve a written change order before the additional work starts. No verbal 'while you're there' freebies.
Can you do my listing in 72 hours?
Often yes, under our Emergency Turn package with a 25–50% rush premium. We don't apologize for the premium — rush jobs disrupt scheduling, and being honest about that is what lets us actually deliver on the deadline.
Do you work with property managers on recurring rental turns?
Yes. Property managers get preferred per-turn pricing, predictable scope, and the same documentation on every job. That's the cleanest fit for what HomeDenovo does.
Do you do electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or roofing?
No. We perform cleaning, cosmetic prep, minor maintenance, light hauling, carpet, and exterior cleaning. Anything that requires a licensed trade gets referred to a vetted partner.
What do I need to provide?
Working electricity, water, HVAC if needed, and safe property access. No utilities means a reschedule fee or limited scope.
Do you do mold, biohazard, or hoarding?
No. Those are excluded along with pest removal, structural repairs, full renovations, and hazardous waste. We'll refer you to a specialist.
How do I get a quote?
Send the address, square footage, bedrooms/baths, deadline, and a handful of photos through the Get a Quote page. We'll come back with a scoped quote that separates labor, materials, hauling, and add-ons.
