How it works
Eight steps. No surprises. A photo report at the end.
The HomeDenovo process is built around one rule: nobody finds out the price, the scope, or the condition of the property for the first time on invoice day.
01
Lead Intake
Address, square footage, bedrooms/baths, vacant or occupied, listing/rental/move-in deadline, access, utilities, and a handful of photos. No photos means no accurate quote.
02
Assessment
For larger jobs, a $99–$149 assessment fee — credited toward the project. This weeds out tire-kickers and gets you a real scope.
03
Scope Builder
Our estimator builds the scope in categories: cleaning, maintenance, drywall/paint, hauling, carpet/floors, exterior, materials, timeline.
04
Client Approval
You sign off on scope, exclusions, price, payment terms, change-order policy, photo authorization, and access waiver before we dispatch.
05
Dispatch
Cleaning crew, maintenance tech, carpet/exterior tech, and a project lead. Small jobs run one lead and two cleaners. Bigger jobs separate the workstreams.
06
Mid-Job Change Order
If the crew finds extra work, they stop and send photos. No verbal 'while you're there' freebies — that's how budgets break.
07
Final Quality Check
Project lead completes the checklist, photo report, issue notes, recommendations, and completion summary.
08
Follow-Up
Final invoice plus a quick ask for a review, a Realtor referral, or the next property opportunity.
Photo report
Every job ends with documentation.
Three categories: Completed, Needs Approval / Change Order, and Outside HomeDenovo Scope. This protects you from being blamed for pre-existing damage and protects us from scope creep.
